Soft Mom Summer is a 75-day wellness challenge designed specifically for moms who want to feel better without burnout.

From June 1 through August 15, you’ll focus on simple, sustainable habits that support your body, hormones, and overall health — without unrealistic expectations or all-or-nothing thinking.

Each day, you’ll work toward goals like movement, balanced nutrition, hydration, and intentional time for yourself — all designed to fit into real life as a mom.

You’ll also receive:

  • 3 expert trainings on hormones, glucose, and long-term health
